Volunteers Needed for the Annual Mayhaw Festival

The South Arkansas Historical Foundation presents the Annual Mayhaw Festival Saturday, May 3, 2008 at the John Newton House, 510 North Jackson from 9:00am – 2:00pm.  Events include the Mayhawlin’ 5K Run & Walk, Mayhaw Jelly and Tree sale, K-6 Art exhibit and music, fun, food and games for the whole family!!! The Historical Foundation Board is seeking volunteers to assist with this event.  Volunteers are needed for various tasks that day.  If you &/or your student group need more volunteers hours or if you are just interested in helping out, please let me know as soon as possible.   Feel free to respond to this email with the names and times in which you are interested.  I will compile a complete volunteer work schedule. If you have in questions, please feel free to contact me.  Thank you in advance for your participation,  Veronda
